“Guided by the Spiritual” explores Buddhist iconography through the lens of individual artistic voice. Featuring Fu Xiaodong, Gonkar Gyatso, Tashi Dongrub, and Lutso, the exhibition challenges the view of image-makers as anonymous craftsmen. Instead, it highlights the agency of Tibetan female Thangka painters and the spiritual depth of sacred art, inviting viewers into a journey of ritual, reflection, and human connection.
